FIXD prides itself on delivering a quality service that allows for businesses and organisations to focus on developing and building their business, services and curriculum, while their facility continues to operate at optimum levels.
We can provide a routine maintenance schedule to support clients current schedule or alternatively provide a service on an as needed basis.
This includes, but is not limited to, routine inspections, all aspects of caretaking services, building repairs, landscaping, general gardening and mowing, specialised cleaning, general repairs and all other general maintenance.

Hume Valley School – Fixd provides an onsite Building and Grounds maintenance service which includes management of the maintenance department, onsite maintenance staff, project management, essential service compliance, and general maintenance as required. We have been servicing Hume Valley School since 2016
Coburg West Primary School – Fixd provides an onsite Building and Grounds maintenance service which includes management of the maintenance department, onsite maintenance staff, project management, essential service compliance, and general maintenance as required. We have been servicing Coburg West Primary School since 2019.
Jacana School For Autism – Fixd provides ad hoc building maintenance and refurbishment work to Jacana School of Autism on a regular basis. We have been servicing Jacana School For Autism since 2018
Buckley Park College – Fixd provides ad hoc building maintenance and refurbishment work to Buckley Park College on a regular basis. We have been servicing Buckley Park College since 2018
Essendon Keilor College – Fixd completed refurbishing their Admin building where we redeveloped a number of areas including the new reception area and Principal offices. We have just completed the new STEM Centre and currently have major works coming up including redeveloping the Court Yard and putting in an Amphitheatre, refurbishing male/boys’ toilets, replace gymnasium windows & replacing roof sheeting to the passage walkway.
FIXD Property Solutions are a fully insured Company, all our staff have working with children checks and have required licenses.
